SoJo Spa Club offers an unparalleled wellness experience, a reimagined Korean bath house, bringing spa cultures and treatments from around the world all under one roof. To provide the best spa experience, every aspect of their multi-level all-season facility has been thoughtfully designed to fully immerse its customers to maximize relaxation and rejuvenation.
To accompany the launch of their new website and rebranding, SoJo Spa Club approached us in search of a team that could help them highlight their business and one-of-a-kind space with visuals that would make an impactful first impression.
When it comes to visual branding what you see is what you get. Naturally, when a customer learns about your brand they’ll use that experience to make an overall first impression about your business. In order to make a positive lasting impression, you’ll need a strong brand image that communicates what you want your audience to know and feel about your business.
For this rebrand, strong visuals were required to showcase the true beauty and scope of the facility — something that would allow others to see themselves at SoJo Spa Club. By using both photography and video, SoJo Spa Club would help convey their message to potential customers and attract new business.
Our final shot list comprised of 35 setups for photo and video each, plus several drone aerials, so scheduling and preparation were key for the success of the project. To add to the challenge, over 75% of the production had to be captured during normal business operations. In the end, the team successfully captured everything as planned and even a few additional items all with minimal impact and disruption to business.
With their new branding and visuals, SoJo Spa Club has improved the customer experience, rejuvenated its website and launched a series of ads all helping to convert new customers, attract top talent and inspire internal teams. The bottom line, don’t underestimate the power of visual branding when thinking about your business.
